Beautiful wreath. Faultless arrangement. Only thing that I would suggest is that in ordering it I would've like the size of it. It was exactly as I imagined it would be but knowing the size before hand would have helped.

I have used Flowers of Kidderminster several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future, as I like to support local businesses when I can. However, I was a little disappointed with the delivery of flowers for my wife's birthday. Although the bouquet was delightful, several of the roses arrived damaged. Not the level of service that I have received in the past, so I'm guessing that this might be a one-off event. But nevertheless, it did dampen my wife's excitement a little.

Only down side was that I stated no lillies and there was rather large one. However, customer service over phone was excellent and the recipient was overjoyed but had to remove milly due to allergy. . I will use them again .
